St Neots Town Football Club can confirm that a new consortium has acquired the majority shareholding in the club from Mr. Lee Kearns.

The club would like to place on record its heartfelt thanks to Lee for his tireless efforts, dedication, and passion during his time as majority shareholder. Under his guidance, the club has returned to Step 4, become a self-sustaining organisation and now stands in a strong and stable position—both on and off the pitch. Lee leaves behind a lasting legacy and a club that is well-positioned for the future. The incoming consortium feels truly privileged to take on the responsibility of leading St Neots Town Football Club into it’s next chapter.

Mark Gearing, speaking on behalf of the consortium, said: “We are honoured to become custodians of such a proud and historic club. Lee has done a fantastic job in building a strong foundation and we’re determined to continue that progress both on the pitch and in the community.
